Fixing Player moving with platform
If you noticed in the previous article that as soon as you stop moving the Player in a moving platform, it will drop off the platform. That is strange behavior. The quick solution is to parent the Player object to the platform.
The existing collider should be left alone as it helps the Player from falling through the platform. You will need to add a collider at the top of the surface of the platform.
There’s also another issue that will pop up that the Player will be jittery while on top of a moving platform. You will need to make movement changes on a Physics object in FixedUpdate() and not Update():

Now, the Player can ride on the Moving Platform with ease.
